APAC-Alabama, Inc., being in the construction/paving line of business, is continuously looking for new ways to engage with their customers and become the preferred supplier in their area. Greg’s 2022 innovation submission focused on a new practice that takes a streamlined approach to gathering customer feedback upon completion of a project.
Greg’s submission outlined a customer satisfaction letter concept designed to gather feedback – both positive and negative – from the customer, to help identify targeted improvements moving forward. The letter encourages recipients to provide comments or suggestions in the areas of communication, workmanship, quality of materials, billing procedure, as well as team conduct and work performance on the project. By thoughtfully simplifying the process of gaining valuable information from the customer, Greg’s customer satisfaction letter has yielded a higher level of expressed customer satisfaction and an enhanced level of feedback. This in turn helps APAC-Alabama, Inc. to be recognized as a preferred vendor for construction and paving services in the region.
