APAC Alabama’s Dothan Asphalt Plant recently earned a Diamond Paving Commendation from the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA).

NAPA’s Diamond Commendation Program recognizes companies for following best practices proven to improve quality, safety and excellence. By implementing the program’s self-assessment process, companies become better equipped to benchmark their operations against a national standard, identify areas for improvement and earn national recognition for their commitment to quality.

The qualities recognized by NAPA’s Diamond Commendation program line up nicely with APAC Alabama’s mission to “foster a culture of excellence in safety, quality and integrity that adds value for our employees, customers, communities, and shareholders.”

APAC Alabama is honored to receive this commendation. We view it both as recognition for our commitment to excellence and as encouragement for our dedication to continuous improvement in operations and community relations.

We are grateful to NAPA for recognizing our Dothan Plant for unwavering commitment to APAC’s three guiding values: safety, quality and integrity. And most of all, we want to thank our APAC Alabama team members who come to work living these values every single day.
